Starting Pay:

$17.85/hour

Shift Schedule:

Monday

• Friday, 6:00 a.m.
• 2:30 p.m. Occasional Saturdays, 6:00 a.m.
• 12:00 p.

Responsibilities:

Operate BLM saw equipment to cut and process materials according to job specifications and production requirements Load raw materials and unload finished parts while maintaining proper handling and organization Operate overhead cranes to safely move tubing, bundles, and materials throughout the work area Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions Inspect parts using measuring and inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape measures, and gauges Perform tool adjustments, tool changes, and program changes to support machine operation and product quality Complete basic and advanced machine setups using proper tooling, fixtures, and holding devices Edit machine programs to support setup changes and production requirements Identify and communicate production, tooling, or quality concerns and assist with troubleshooting as needed Assist in training and supporting other operators on machine operation, setups, safety procedures, and production processes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred Experience operating saw equipment or similar production machinery preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documentation Strong understanding of inspection tools and dimensional measurements Experience performing tooling adjustments, tool changes, and machine setups Overhead crane experience preferred Basic computer knowledge preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
