Full Job Description Deburr Technician/ Shop Helper Shift:

1st, 8am-4:30pm,

Mon-Fri Pay:

$16•17 per hour,

DOE Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely load and unload workpieces onto the machine. Inspect workpieces to identify any defects, irregularities, or imperfections. Measure and mark workpieces to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances. Perform grinding operations to remove excess material, achieve desired dimensions, and create a smooth finish. Heavy lifting, cleaning cores, banding metal pieces. Make adjustments to the machine settings as needed to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a deburr tech, grinder or in a similar role in a manufacturing or fabrication shop. Knowledge of grinding techniques, tools, and equipment. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy workpieces when necessary.
