Day Shift Grinder (Machine Operator)Location:
McAlester, OK RPM Staffing is hiring a Day Shift Grinder to support scrap conduit reprocessing and production operations. Responsibilities- Process scrap materials using grinding equipment
- Remove and handle conduit from reels
- Track production, including material weight and reels processed
- Maintain proper labeling, tagging, and material identification
- Support material movement, staging, and scrap separation
- Operate lift truck and complete daily inspections
- Keep work area clean, organized, and supplied
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate power equipment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (70 lbs with assistance)
- Comfortable working in heat, noise, and dusty conditions
