Job Key Activities and Performance Indicators:

The responsibilities of this position will include surface grinding of customer parts and support tooling for our production departments to the required specifications. Ability to use good set up techniques to produce complex parts accurately is needed. Must be able to confidently read blueprints and inspect parts to those requirements. Candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial environment standing for extended periods of time Attention to detail is key with good hand eye coordination Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Collaborate with other production teams, as appropriate, for support in meeting customer delivery commitments. Responsible for working with team members to obtain a goal of 100% on time delivery performance with quality products and services for all our customers This position will report to the Tooling/CNC Supervisor and works closely with the production team members and the quality team to ensure that parts produced meet our rigorous customer quality requirements. Interacts with all other Departments.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or GED. Previous Surface Grinding Experience (2-5 Years) Basic reading and mathematical

Skills and Competencies:

Dependable and can-do attitude required. Ability to problem solve and work under pressure a plus. Candidate must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Reliable transportation to be at work at scheduled time
