Floater/Operator

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Floater/ Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating Powdered Metal Molding Presses and/or Sintering Ovens to produce high-quality parts.

Duties:

Remove parts from press turntables to trays, pallets, or carts. Load/Unload Sintering Ovens according to specifications Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure products meet specifications. Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards. Experience Previous experience in powder metal manufacturing is a plus, but will train the right person. Experience with micrometer reading. Good math skills.

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
