PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Proper use of basic hand tools Effectively follow instructions Keep work area clean, neat, and safe Work overtime when necessary/required and with short notice Work in all weather conditions as job requires working inside and outside through the course of a single shift Work in the natural element of heat and cold (production facility is not heated in winter nor cooled in summer) Other duties as assigned by management

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Able to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted Ability to work scheduled shifts Ability to bend, stoop, sit, grasp with hands, feel texture with fingers, cling, walk, twist, stand, and work on concrete for up to twelve hours per day up to six (6) days per week Must be able to work at heights of greater than 6 feet on a regular basis/as work dictates Ability to work overtime when necessary/required and with short notice Effectively follow instructions and safety rules Keep the work area clean, neat, and safe

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Properly and accurately read a tape measure in one-inch increments Communicate clearly with others Experience with basic hand tools ex: grinder, drill Forklift experience preferred
