Objective:

Process parts safely and efficiently to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

Operate hand and power tools for product processing. Read work orders and follow instructions for assignments. Track and record daily production data. Move materials manually or using forklifts (Level II). Load/unload materials and inspect completed work for defects. Follow all safety rules and maintain equipment.

Skills & Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Knowledge of tools, materials, and production processes. Experience with material handling equipment is a plus Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

Stand and move 95% of the time. Lift up to 40 lbs. frequently. Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Environmental Exposure:

• Oil, grease, and noise levels up to 88 dB.
