From multiple facilities nationwide, we deliver quality through people who care about craftsmanship and continuous improvement. Our Rock Hill, SC plant is adding a Grade III technician on 1st shift. Your impact from day one Set up and run manual lathes and cylindrical grinders to achieve exact specifications. Perform accurate rubber grinding on rollers, holding tight tolerances consistently. Confirm dimensions using pi tapes and tape measures; document inspection results. Use basic computer entry to complete and file inspection reports. Operate overhead cranes and material-handling equipment with safety first. Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with company policies. Your toolkit Demonstrated manual lathe experience (required). Rubber grinding experience (strongly preferred). Proficiency with pi tape and tape measure. Comfort with basic computer-based reporting. Overhead crane experience. Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
