Cast Operator:

Operate die casting machines (manual or automated) in accordance with established processes and work instructions Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to ensure proper function and product quality Measure and visually inspect parts to verify conformance to specifications using precision tools Set up and tend casting machines, including installing dies and applying coatings as required Position inserts, remove cast parts, trim excess material, and complete de-flashing processes Handle hot materials safely, including removing parts from machines and placing them in appropriate containers Accurately record production data, process readings, and work time Follow all environmental, health, and safety policies while maintaining a clean and safe work area What You Need to Bring to the

Cast Operator Role:
