Main Responsibilities Remove sharp edges, burrs, and excess material from machined parts (metal or plastic) Use hand tools (files, sandpaper, grinders, deburring tools) to smooth surfaces Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Read basic blueprints or work instructions Clean and prepare parts for the next stage (assembly, coating, or shipping) Perform basic measurements using tools like calipers or gauges Maintain a clean and safe work area Report any defects or issues to supervisors Real People.
