Sand Mix Operator

Red River Brick is hiring a Sand Mix Operator for our plant in Elgin, Texas. This is a hands-on job in a fast-paced factory.

Key Responsibilities:

Run equipment that mixes sand and clay for brick production Weigh materials using the correct formula Watch equipment and make small adjustments when needed Keep the work area clean and safe Follow all safety rules Help with other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing or machine experience is helpful Able to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and reading skills Dependable and able to work alone or with a team Willing to work flexible hours when needed

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 100 pounds Stand, walk, bend, climb, and do physical work during the shift Work around noise, dust, moving equipment, and slippery floors
