Join our team as a Grinder—an entry-level role in our Extrusion Department where you'll play a key part in recycling and sustainability efforts. In this position, you'll operate grinding equipment to process scrap and returned materials, helping turn waste into reusable product. What You'll Do As a Grinder, you will:
  • Operate and maintain grinding equipment to safely process scrap conduit
  • Monitor equipment performance and product quality to meet specifications
  • Perform minor troubleshooting and report major mechanical issues
  • Measure and record product dimensions and track material weights
  • Assist with tooling changes and proper segregation of scrap materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including waste disposal
  • Follow all safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment Schedule Options Enjoy more time off with our rotating schedule:
  • 2-2-3 schedule (12-hour shifts)
  • Work only half the month
Day Shift:
7:45 AM
  • 8:00 PM
Night Shift:
7:45 PM
  • 8:00 AM

Pay:
$18.00 per hour ($3+ shift differential for night shift)
