Average parts being handled are dime sized and material ranges from hardened steel to plastic and aluminum although material and part size may vary. Lot sizes are normally in the 100 to 1000 piece range. Attention to detail is extremely important. Also, possibly operate a tumbler, parts washer, sand blaster, ultrasonic cleaner and used compressed air to blow off parts.

Responsibilities and Duties Duties:

Work independently and support daily production of required quantities of parts and perform operations to ensure part quality per customer requirements.

Qualifications and Skills Skills/Qualifications:

Hand and scope deburring experience a plus. A high level of hand dexterity and attention to detail is required. Interpersonal skills and strong communication skills are expected. Tumbling experience a plus.
