Your mission Deliver reliable, high-quality finishes on a wide variety of substrates while maintaining safety, precision, and pace in a manufacturing setting. How you'll make it happen Prepare wood, metal, plastic, aluminum, stainless, and other surfaces for coating. Brush-and-roll latex, oil-based, and epoxy coatings to spec; support with spray equipment where applicable (spray knowledge is a plus). Verify exact color using charts, fan decks, and labels. Operate lifts, ladders, and power tools with care and confidence. Troubleshoot equipment and mechanical issues to keep production on track. What you bring High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience in commercial and industrial coating applications. Dependable transportation and the flexibility to adjust to changing hours. References are appreciated but not required.
Schedule and compensation Starting pay:
$25/hr Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Regular hours may also be Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., with flex needs that can include weekends, nights, and holidays.
