Job Description

Join our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Finish Blade Operator for grading and fine finish work on construction projects.

Job Duties:

Operate motor grader/blade for finish grading Read and maintain grade stakes, GPS, and laser systems Perform fine grading for roads, pads, and site development Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Follow all safety standards and project specifications

Qualifications:

Previous finish blade operating experience required GPS machine control experience preferred Ability to work in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and strong attendance Team-oriented with attention to detail
