Based in Northern Utah, we work across the Intermountain West. You will be responsible for operating equipment to perform grinding and grooving on concrete and asphalt surfaces, ensuring smoothness, safety, and intended performance of pavements and bridges. Duties Operate concrete diamond grinding and grooving equipment, safely and effectively on various surfaces. Work with fellow employees to provide a quality product our customer expect Continuously inspect work quality, adjusting as needed to meet specifications. Maintain and troubleshoot heavy equipment, Heavy Trucks, and other tools used during grinding and grooving processes. Work with team members to complete tasks, meet project deadlines, and go home safely Follow all safety guidelines, at all times. We expect our team members to speak up if site is unsafe Qualifications Experience operating heavy machinery such as concrete grinders, groovers, or similar equipment Mechanical experience preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on hardscape projects like pavements or industrial floors. Valid Class A CDL and Med Card required
