ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Deburr Technician for a leading aerospace manufacturing company in Arlington, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone with metals manufacturing experience looking to grow their career in the aerospace industry. Blend mismatches and edge break parts to customer specifications Use technician tools such as deburr guns, pencil grinders, and related equipment Follow customer requirements including BAC 5300 and

BAC 5730

standards Follow all safety guidelines, including proper PPE and safety procedures Inspect work for quality and accuracy while maintaining strong attention to detail Work collaboratively with team members and support additional duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of related deburr or metals manufacturing experience Experience using deburr tools, grinders, or similar hand tools Ability to work from customer specifications and instructions Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision Reliable attendance and positive attitude in a production environment

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

Aerospace or space industry experience Experience with BAC specifications or aerospace quality standards Experience in precision metal manufacturing environments
