Job Description The Boeing Company is seeking a Numerical Control Multiple Tool - Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Everett, WA. This role involves operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts and components for various aircraft programs. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, and ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process. You will work closely with engineers and other team members to meet production goals and maintain safety standards. Your Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Perform quality control checks on produced parts. Collaborate with engineers and team members to meet production goals. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. What We Are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Experience operating CNC milling machines. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of quality control processes. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
