Plasma Operator - start asap

Operator Job Summary:

Set up anilox rolls for metallic coatings created by a plasma flame spray process according to specifications. Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities, but not limited to: Performs periodic (hours) maintenance requirements of equipment. Set up and maintain equipment parameters. Use micrometers and tape measure. Use a computer controlled plasma unit. Verifies that sprayed roll conforms to specifications. Ability to read blueprints. (Desirable) Meet or achieve measurable production requirements with accuracy. (Required) • Observes and follows all safety procedures while using appropriate safety equipment. • Follow all SOP's and SPI's.
