is an Industrial Metal Works company in the Green Bay area that is looking for quality people to join our team. At R-TEK we Fabricate, Stamp, Machine and Powder Coat metal parts.

Overview:

A CNC Operator at Rtek Metalworks is responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components according to customers specifications. This role ensures product quality, maintains equipment, and follows safety and production standards.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Operate CNC machines tool to machine parts in a production setting
• Load and unload part, debur parts with hand tool or air tools, wash parts in parts washer, and package parts
• Change CNC cutting tools when needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform adjustments to machine settings to maintain tolerances and surface finish requirements
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure parts meet all requirements
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or equipment issues and report them promptly
• Follow all safety procedures, Steel Toe Boots and Safety Glasses to be worn 100% of time on shop floor
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Position requires walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling parts and able to lift 50lbs
• Good attitude and Trustworthy
• Willing to work in a team atmosphere
• Must have strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of CNC operating or machining experience preferred
• Commitment to making quality parts

Salary:

$19.00

• $25.

00 per hour wage is based on experience

Job Type:

Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week, 4 days @ 9hrs and 1/2 day on
