  • THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN
Position Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Set up and operate various types of deburring equipment including Burr/King grinders, sand and bead-blasters, polishers and tumbler, drill presses, tapping arms Utilize various deburring equipment to deburr, polish, tap, bevel, counter sink, etc. Interpret and work from complex drawings, blueprints and specifications Return all tools to their proper location at the end of the shift and to maintain a clean work area Record an accurate log of job times and specifications for audit reports Follow all relative
ISO 9000
procedures Identify non-conformances during inspection of component parts, and properly document such non-conformances Notify supervisors when work received does not meet the specifications required by previous operators Follow established safety procedures Perform other jobs as assigned by management
Principal Working Relationships:
Shop Supervisors and shop workers. Minimum Requirements for
Education, Skillset, Qualifications, and Experience:
Must be a US citizen
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or G.E.D. is required. In lieu of education, a combination of education and experience may be substituted. Knowledge of deburring machines and tools, as well as knowledge of the raw materials being used is preferred.
Specialized Experience :
Basic blue print reading required.
