Job Description

Support Production. Maintain Precision. Keep the Forge Moving. Are you someone who takes pride in precision work and keeping operations running smoothly? Do you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Die Polisher to support our steel forging operation by preparing, maintaining, and repairing tooling dies critical to production. This role plays an important part in ensuring dies are ready for use, properly maintained, and optimized for performance on the forge floor. If you're safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a hands-on industrial environment, we encourage you to apply. What You'll Do Clean, polish, and repair tooling dies to maintain production readiness Operate forklifts and lifting equipment to safely move and position dies Ensure used dies are restored and returned to production in a timely manner Grind and adjust tooling to meet specifications and compensate for material conditions Use precision measuring instruments to inspect and verify work quality Interpret drawings and specifications to support machining and die preparation Maintain equipment and calibrate machinery as needed What You Bring Manufacturing experience preferred, especially in machining or tooling environments Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Safety-focused mindset with the ability to follow procedures and use PPE Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening Work Environment This role requires work in a loud, heavy industrial environment with exposure to forging operations. Employees must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and be able to lift 60-80 pounds as needed. Why Join Us?
