In this energetic role, you will be responsible for refining and smoothing rough edges on manufactured parts, contributing directly to the excellence of our final products. Your proactive approach will help maintain efficient production flow while upholding safety standards and quality benchmarks. Duties Use hand tools and grinding equipment to remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from metal parts with accuracy and care Inspect finished components to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols during all deburring and grinding processes Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve deburring techniques Document completed work and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions promptly Assist in setting up grinding tools and fixtures for different part types as needed Qualifications Prior experience in metal finishing, deburring, or grinding preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision in finishing metal parts Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks safely Familiarity with basic hand tools and grinding equipment is a plus Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines at all times Join us in delivering top-tier quality through your craftsmanship!
