Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpet cleaning, restoration, and using power tools in the restoration industry.

Duties:

• Perform cleaning and restoration tasks as assigned
• Utilize power tools for various restoration projects and demolition.
• Explain water damage restoration processes to customer.
• Inspection of emergency calls
• Conduct water damage restoration activities
• Handle possible mold remediation tasks
• Participate in asbestos abatement procedures
• Utilize hand tools for detailed restoration work

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning and restoration industry preferred
• Proficiency in utilizing power tools for restoration tasks
• Knowledge of water/mold restoration processes
• Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques
• Understanding of water and mold remediation procedures
• Experience in asbestos abatement is a plus
