This is a prevailing wage, union construction project involving residential rehabilitation, demolition, environmental abatement, and general construction support services. Work may include demolition of walls, flooring, cabinets, drywall, plumbing fixtures, mold remediation, hazardous material handling, site cleanup, and related construction labor duties. Applicants should be safety-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a team environment on active construction sites. Experience in construction, demolition, abatement, or environmental remediation is preferred.
