Exterior Cleaning Technician

The Exterior Cleaning Technicians function is to perform all job-related assignments as assigned by their manager.

Typical work include:

Pressure washing buildings, sidewalks, driveways, decks, and roofs Window cleaning Gutter cleaning Removing mold, mildew, algae, dirt, graffiti, or stains Operating cleaning equipment and chemicals safely Setting up ladders, hoses, lifts, and safety gear Inspecting surfaces for damage before and after cleaning Customer service and job-site communication Location types Homes Office buildings Shopping centers Warehouses Apartment complexes Qualifications Detail oriented, shows pride in their work, for them, the team and the Company Ability to execute assignments from manager as assigned When presented with a challenge remain positive and respectful Works well with small or large team Remains in constant communication with manager and sales rep. Proactive in making sure all tasks are being accomplished as assigned Flexible in scheduling and willingness, to work where needed ( locally or out of area) A natural desire to seek out continuous improvement in their work Remains organized with the ability to multi-task and be able to set priorities Mechanical and carpentry are preferred but not necessary. Skills and Education 3-5 years Prior experience Physical Stamina Attention to detail Safety awareness Equipment handling
