We're growing fast and looking for reliable, hard‑working individuals who want to advance into supervisor roles. No industry experience required—we provide all training and certifications. What You'll Do Assist with and eventually lead crews on environmental remediation projects Perform hands‑on work: demolition, cleanup, hazard removal Ensure safety and compliance on job sites Communicate with customers and project managers Requirements Valid driver's license + reliable personal vehicle Willingness to travel for projects Ability to lift 30+ lbs repeatedly Comfortable with power tools (or willing to learn) Strong reliability, communication, and work ethic 2+ years manual labor and customer interaction preferred Benefits Paid certifications (asbestos, lead, meth, supervisor, etc.) Advancement opportunities with higher pay for each certification PTO, after 90 days of employment Monthly performance bonuses, after training period 401(k) with 4% match, after training period ICHRA - Health insurance reimbursement plan Schedule Monday-Friday 8-10 hour shifts With potential for weekends & Overtime hours & pay, depending on project schedule Why Join Xtract This is a long‑term career path with real advancement.
