Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Contents Cleaning Technician, where you'll play a vital role in restoring and revitalizing spaces affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. Your expertise will help clients recover their belongings and restore their environments to safe, clean, and functional conditions. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and restoration of contents damaged by water, fire, mold, or other hazards using specialized cleaning methods and equipment Utilize hand tools and power tools to disassemble, clean, or prepare items for restoration or disposal Support fire and water damage restoration projects by handling contents carefully to prevent further damage Document all cleaning processes accurately and maintain detailed records of work performed Collaborate with the restoration team to ensure efficient project completion and client satisfaction Qualifications Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning services preferred Perform detailed cleaning and restoration of contents including furniture, electronics, documents, textiles, and other personal or commercial items. Familiarity with the use of specialized cleaning products and techniques for various materials Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and specialized machinery. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Physical ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks in various environments Valid driver's license is a plus; willingness to learn industry-specific safety standards and certifications.
