The ideal candidate will be involved in various tasks related to asbestos and lead abatement. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities Participate in asbestos abatement and mold remediation efforts, following established protocols to ensure safety and compliance. Help restore properties by performing demolition, cleanup, and repair tasks as needed. Operate hand tools and power equipment safely while maintaining a clean work environment. Follow OSHA regulations and guidelines to promote workplace safety at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Qualifications Previous experience in labor or construction is preferred but not required. Current Driver's License and dependable vehicle is required. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills related to building, restoration, asbestos abatement, and mold remediation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting. Pay is between $25 and $40 depending on project pay scale. Out of town travel most every week, back on weekends. Lodging provided. Do not need to be currently certified. Driver's license required, reliable transportation required.
