Demolition Full Job Description Salary Range:

Full-Time We are seeking hardworking and dependable Demolition & Asbestos Laborers to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with demolition, asbestos abatement, site preparation, and cleanup activities while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform demolition of residential, commercial, and industrial structures. Assist with asbestos abatement and hazardous material removal projects. Set up and maintain containment areas and negative air systems. Safely handle, remove, and dispose of asbestos-containing materials. Operate hand and power tools, as well as demolition equipment. Conduct site cleanup and debris removal. Follow all company safety policies and regulatory requirements. Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE). Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
Previous demolition, construction, remediation, or asbestos abatement experience preferred. Current asbestos worker certification/license (or willingness to obtain) is an asset. Knowledge of safe work practices and workplace safety regulations. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working in confined spaces. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
