Job Description
This Job is an Apprentice Position. After a Probationary Period, Training will be Provided.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee asbestos abatement projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure adherence to project specifications
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all asbestos-related activities This Job is an Apprentice Position.
Asbestos Project Manager, Asbestos Air Monitoring Techincian, or Project Monitor Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history. Reliable transportation to project sites is required. This position requires the employee to work flexible hours and occasional weekends. Occasional overnight travel and out-of-town mobilization of may also be required. The employee must be able to lift-and-carry for short distances up to 25 pounds and assist in team lift-and-carry for short distances up to 50 pounds. This position requires the employee to work in humid, hot and cold conditions as well as work at heights and in close spaces. This position requires frequent ladder use, including the use of 24' extension ladders. This position requires manual dexterity with both hands and ability to operate a microscope using both eyes. Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of clients and contractors. Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring safety and compliance.Note:
