Description Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a JSC Hazardous Materials / Toxic Substances / Asbestos / EPCRA Program Manager (3861) in Webster, TX. Headquartered in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Navarro has active programs in place across the nation for DOE/NNSA, NASA, and the Department of Defense. Key Responsibilities Manage hazardous materials, toxic substances, asbestos, and EPCRA compliance programs. Ensure compliance with TSCA, EPCRA, and asbestos regulatory requirements. Oversee inspections, reporting, training coordination, and regulatory interfacing. Provide technical leadership and compliance oversight for hazardous materials programs. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Earth Science, or a related science field, or a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. Graduate-level education may be substituted for experience. United States citizenship.
