Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AHERA Certified Asbestos Supervisor to oversee and work asbestos abatement projects as well as conduct asbestos inspections, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. In this vital role, you will work with and supervise asbestos removal teams to safely remove, encapsulate, or dispose of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) from buildings. We are looking to have someone working side by side our current supervisor to learn the details of this role. Responsibilities Supervise and work with asbestos removal teams during abatement projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Skills AHERA Certified Asbestos Worker/Supervisor Certified Experience in asbestos removal or related environmental health fields. Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with safety regulations related to asbestos handling, environmental health standards, and OSHA requirements.
