Temp-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking Hydro Test Technicians to join a manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for performing hydrostatic pressure testing on industrial heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and related equipment to ensure product integrity, safety, and compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment. Essential Job Responsibilities Perform hydrostatic pressure testing on heat exchangers and related equipment Set up pumps, hoses, gauges, valves, and testing equipment Fill systems with water and conduct pressure tests according to specifications Monitor pressure levels and inspect equipment for leaks, defects, or abnormalities Read and interpret blueprints, test procedures, and engineering specifications Document test results and maintain accurate quality records Verify products meet customer, engineering, and quality requirements Assist with troubleshooting and identifying potential manufacturing defects Follow all safety procedures and testing protocols Maintain a clean and organized work area Required Experience & Skills Previous manufacturing, mechanical, quality control, or industrial experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Experience using hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow detailed testing procedures and documentation requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Experience with hydrostatic testing, pressure testing, or quality inspection Experience in heat exchanger, pressure vessel, piping, or industrial equipment manufacturing Familiarity with quality control processes and test documentation Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to work around industrial testing equipment and manufacturing operations Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Why Join Us?
