Annealer Operator:
The Annealer Operator is responsible for operating the annealer (loading, unloading & packing). This role involves monitoring processes, ensuring safety standards, and checking the functions of the annealer.
Annealer:
Set up and operate annealing furnaces and associated equipment Monitor and adjust temperature and timing settings according to specifications. Load and unload materials into furnaces following established procedures. •All other assigned duties by supervisor or lead person•
Process Monitoring:
Inspect materials before and after annealing to ensure they meet quality standards. Document process conditions, including temperature, duration, and cooling rates. Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the annealing process or equipment.
Quality Control:
Perform tests and inspections to verify material properties and ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain detailed records of production runs and quality control results. Communicate with quality control personnel and production managers to address any discrepancies.
Maintenance and Safety:
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of annealing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate logs of production data, maintenance activities, and any anomalies. Prepare and submit reports on process performance and material quality as required.
