We're passionate about delivering an elevated, personal experience to each client, and we're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Package and prepare orders for shipment Place and manage ring orders with suppliers Communicate ETAs and order updates to clients Confirm shipping details and addresses Track repairs and resizing jobs Write appraisals for finished pieces Provide general back-of-office support

What We're Looking For:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable with email communication and client interactions Tech-savvy and quick to learn internal systems Strong written skills (especially for appraisals and client updates) A team player who enjoys working in a small, collaborative environment
