Join a dynamic team dedicated to creating immersive experiences that bring stories to life. As a Lead Experiential Designer, you'll transform creative concepts into tangible, engaging environments for fans worldwide. Responsibilities Collaborate with creative managers and producers to establish and maintain the visual language and design standards for various attractions and experiences. Translate creative discussions into clear outputs such as concepts, layouts, illustrations, and 3D models to advance the design process. Develop comprehensive design packages and reference materials for external vendors, ensuring clarity from design through production phases. Work closely with production teams to create proof-of-concept mockups and oversee creative excellence during construction and installation phases. Ensure the brand strategy and visual identity are consistently applied across all design elements and partner collaborations. Skills 8+ years of experience in experiential retail design, exhibition design, or related fields, with a blend of studio and onsite experience. Proficiency in digital design tools such as SketchUp, Maya, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication skills, both verbal and digital, with the ability to organize and manage projects effectively. Deep understanding of production methods, materials, and finishes. Preferred Skills Experience with both temporary and permanent environment designs. Ability to apply brand strategy and visual identity to design principles.
