The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in jewelry repair, resizing, and finishing, along with a strong commitment to craftsmanship and quality. Key Responsibilities Perform jewelry repairs including ring sizing, soldering, stone setting, polishing, and refinishing Inspect jewelry pieces for quality and structural integrity Work with a variety of metals (gold, silver, platinum) and gemstones Restore and refurbish damaged or worn jewelry items Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and customer expectations Follow safety procedures and best practices in all bench work Qualifications Proven experience as a bench jeweler (preferred 2+ years) Proficiency in common repair techniques (soldering, setting, polishing, etc.) Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work independently and efficiently within time constraints Knowledge of different gemstones and metal properties Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills Experience with custom jewelry work or CAD/CAM (a plus, not required) Laser welding experience (a plus) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate or salary (based on experience) Opportunities for overtime Potential for growth within the company Work Environment In-person role in a professional jewelry workshop setting Full-time hours with a consistent weekday schedule
