Job Description

We are seeking a Part time Bench Jeweler. Sunday position currently open. Looking for experienced Jeweler in all phases of repair including repairing gold, silver and platinum jewelry, Work in a relaxed Retail environment . Need someone comfortable in providing most repairs in while you wait setting. Some interaction with customers is a must as well as help with some small watch repairs (battery changes and watchband adjustments).
Responsibilities:
Welcome and identify customer needs Provide most repairs in hour or less with high quality standards Explain products and services to customers Enter and process customer repairs using POS System Provide Top notch
Customer Service Qualifications:
Sunday Shift (Expanded hours during Holiday Season) Strong customer service skills Previous experience a must with references Excellent verbal communication skills
