Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented eBay Listing Agent to join our online marketplace team. This person will be responsible for performing research on jewelry, coins, and antiques to understand and describe our items' histories and market values. You will play a critical role in our sales of consigned jewelry and similar items, carefully researching, pricing, and accurately describing them for sale through our eBay store. Your expertise, attention to detail, and inventory management skills will be essential in ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish. This position requires a robust understanding of how to identify and properly research jewelry, including Jewelry which contains precious/semi-precious stones.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately describe and list items on eBay in a timely fashion. Write brief descriptions including specs such as physical dimensions, condition, etc. Ensure item photos (provided to you) are of good quality and include necessary details. Conduct research to gather accurate information about each item, including reasonable market price and specific identification. Assign item numbers to items to enable easy future retrieval from our off-site storage facilities. Qualifications Experience in the jewelry, antiques, and/or precious metals industry is required. Robust understanding of eBay listing processes and best practices. (If you have managed an eBay or similar store in the past, it would be very helpful if you can share your store's name with us) Ability to quickly perform research to identify similar products and determine value. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must pass a background check with zero criminal record (no exceptions).
