Responsibilities Assist with the design and assembly of custom permanent jewelry pieces, ensuring precision and quality standards are met. Support clients through the consultation process, helping them select styles, finishes, and fit preferences. Prepare jewelry components using tools such as pliers, soldering equipment, and welding machines while maintaining a safe workspace. Manage inventory of jewelry supplies, tools, and materials to ensure seamless production flow. Collaborate with the team on visual merchandising, display setups, and promotional events to showcase our jewelry collections effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about jewelry care, customization options, and installation procedures. Experience Prior experience in jewelry making or related craft fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
