Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Bench Jeweler who takes pride in clean, precise work and values quality over shortcuts. This is a hands-on role focused on both custom fabrication and detailed repair work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is highly self-sufficient—capable of evaluating a job and executing it efficiently with minimal oversight. This role is best suited for someone who understands the full process and can move work through the bench with confidence and consistency. Key Responsibilities Perform high-level bench work including sizing, repairs, and custom fabrication Set diamonds and gemstones (prong, bezel, channel, etc.) with precision Work with laser welding and traditional soldering techniques Collaborate with our team on custom projects from concept to completion Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Ensure all finished pieces meet strict quality standards Qualifications Minimum 10 years of professional bench jeweler experience Strong proficiency in stone setting and fine repair work Experience with laser welding required Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship standards Reliable, punctual, and able to manage workflow efficiently Team-oriented with strong communication skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $30.00 - $45.00/hour based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Holidays off Employee discount Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement and long-term growth Relocation assistance available Stable, long-term position with a respected, family-owned business If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a shop that values craftsmanship, quality, and long-term growth, we'd love to hear from you.
