In this role, you will support the jewelry-making process by wrapping, assembling, and preparing jewelry pieces with precision and care. You will also assist in maintaining a well-organized studio environment, managing materials, and ensuring quality standards are met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant studio setting, contributing to the creation of beautiful handcrafted jewelry while gaining valuable experience in jewelry production and studio operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, eager to learn, and capable of handling various tasks with efficiency. Part time job (19 hours/week) with the opportunity to go full time with full benefits in the future. Must be available 2-3 days a week Monday throught Friday. Duties Wrap and assemble jewelry components using specialized tools such as wire wrappers, pliers, and mechanical knowledge of jewelry techniques Drilling Pearls Assist in the preparation of jewelry pieces for stock room, including quality control checks Manage inventory by stocking supplies and organizing materials Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio workspace to ensure a safe and efficient environment for all team members Collaborate with team on custom orders and daily workflow Team player with a positive attitude Experience Prior experience working in a jewelry studio or similar creative environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Understanding of tools used in jewelry making required Material Knowledge of Pearls, Gemstones and Metals a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to follow safety protocols rigorously while operating jewlery machines Join us in creating stunning jewelry pieces while developing your skills in a dynamic studio environment!
