About Us R Creations Jewelry Workshop is a full-service jewelry manufacturing and repair shop with over 25 years of experience in the jewelry industry. We specialize in custom jewelry, diamond and gemstone setting, repairs, restoration, CAD/CAM production, casting, laser welding, polishing, engraving, and finishing We are looking for an experienced Diamond Setter to join our team. Responsibilities Set diamonds and colored gemstones in gold, platinum, and silver jewelry. Perform prong, pave, channel, bezel, invisible, and shared-prong settings. Work with microscopes and precision jewelry tools. Prepare, cut, and finish seats for stone setting. Inspect stones and finished pieces for quality and security. Work closely with jewelers, polishers, and production staff. Handle repairs, restorations, and custom jewelry projects. Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail . Requirements Diamond setting experience Experience setting diamonds under a microscope. Experience working with platinum, gold, and silver. Knowledge of pave, channel, bezel, prong, and invisible settings. Ability to handle high-end jewelry and custom pieces. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable, punctual, honest, and able to work as part of a team. Competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
