On-Site, Lexington, KY We're seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our team as a bench jeweler! Do you have a passion for creating beautiful and intricate jewelry? Our bench jeweler will play a vital role in this mission by crafting and ensuring the quality of every custom piece we create.

Bench Jeweler I Job Responsibilities:

Set diamonds and other precious stones in custom jewelry designs. Perform basic ring repairs, such as resizing, prong tightening, and stone tightening. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols. Use a variety of tools and equipment to create and repair jewelry with precision and care. Inspect and polish finished jewelry pieces to ensure flawless presentation. Work collaboratively with the design team to understand client specifications and translate them into beautiful jewelry. May assist with other jewelry-making tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Prior experience in bench jewelry making or repair. High level of attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with small tools and delicate materials. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address any issues that may arise during the jewelry creation or repair process. A passion for creating beautiful and timeless pieces of jewelry. A quick learner with a willingness to be trained in the specific techniques used at Faithful Platform.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2-3 years of professional hands-on bench jeweler experience or equivalent required. Experience across multiple bench jeweler roles (setting, polishing, sizing, etc.) is a plus.

Job Compensation and Benefits:
