This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality work.

What You'll Do:

Perform jewelry repairs including sizing, soldering, stone setting, and chain repair Work with gold, platinum, and silver Set diamonds and colored stones with precision Rhodium plating, polishing, and finishing work Inspect and maintain quality control on all repairs Collaborate with sales team on custom and repair jobs

What We're Looking For:

2+ years bench experience (more is a plus) Proficiency in basic and advanced repair techniques Experience with stone setting preferred Strong attention to detail and steady hands Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines Positive attitude and team mindset
