What You'll Do We are seeking an experienced Bench Jeweler with a strong focus on high-quality jewelry repair and restoration. This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and centered on delivering exceptional craftsmanship across a wide range of repair work.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing all types of jewelry repairs including ring sizing (up/down), prong rebuilding, retipping, soldering, and chain/bracelet repair Working with a wide range of metals including gold, platinum, and silver Stone setting across multiple styles and shapes, including fancy and high-value stones Utilizing laser welding equipment for precision repair work Finishing and polishing jewelry to high-quality retail standards Supporting occasional custom work and cast pieces as needed Managing workload efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Following established safety protocols and shop procedures What We're Looking For Minimum 3+ years of bench jeweler experience (hands-on repair focus preferred) Strong jewelry repair and restoration skills across multiple categories Experience with stone setting (including non-standard/fancy shapes) Ability to work with a variety of metals confidently Laser welding experience preferred or willingness to learn Strong attention to detail, time management, and consistency Ability to work independently in a fast-paced shop environment Nice-to-Haves Wax carving or CAD understanding (not required) Custom jewelry experience (from CAD to finished product) Prior experience in independent or high-volume retail jewelry environments Compensation $50,000 - $150,000 annually (based on skill level and bench test performance) Final compensation determined by in-person bench test and demonstrated expertise Benefits Relocation assistance available Stipend toward medical insurance Dental and vision coverage available 401(k) retirement plan PTO Available If you're a skilled bench jeweler who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and meaningful work, we invite you to bring your talent to a shop where your work is valued, your skill is respected, and every piece tells a story!
