Experienced Bench Jeweler - Justice Jewelers (Springfield, MO)

HIGH PRIORITY POSITION - EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS ONLY

Compensation:

$25-$40 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bench Jeweler to provide top-tier jewelry repairs and custom modifications in a timely manner, contributing to our five-star customer service reputation. Required Skills and Experience (Must Be Proficient - No Exceptions): Diamond and gemstone setting (all techniques) Ring sizing and re-shanking Soldering (including chain soldering) Re-tipping and wire working Rhodium plating Gold testing Watch battery replacement General jewelry repairs and custom modifications

Additional Requirements:

Advanced mastery of jeweler's tools, machinery, and equipment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proven ability to work efficiently in a team environment Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to respond promptly to customer and team inquiries Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

GIA certification or equivalent professional training/experience
