We opened our Brand Shop in Las Vegas and we are seeking an artistic person to help drive our hat sales by providing hat shaping, hat decorating/designing and selling to work for us. The Hat Bar Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service while bringing their experience in shaping and decorating hats to fit the customer expectations. You'll Make a

Difference By Hat Shaping:

Shape hats using various techniques, tools, and equipment. Work with a variety of hat materials, such as felt, straw, fabric, and leather. Ensure that hats are shaped to meet design specifications and client preferences.

Customization:

Collaborate with customers to understand specific customization requirements. Execute customizations, including but not limited to brim width, crown shape, and decorative elements.

Quality Control:

Conduct quality checks at various stages of the shaping/decorating process to ensure standards are met. Address and correct any defects or imperfections in the finished product.

Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain and clean shaping tools and equipment regularly. Report any equipment malfunctions or the need for repairs to the supervisor.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other members of the hat-making team Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.

Creativity:

Contribute creative ideas for hat designs and shaping techniques. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in hat shaping.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working with tools and materials. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop. About You Previous experience in hat shaping or a related field. Creativity and a passion for craftsmanship. Proficiency in working with various hat materials and shaping tools. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to lead a team within the hat bar. Knowledge of safety procedures and adherence to workplace regulations.

RETAIL TEAM - JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Must be able to work early mornings, evenings/nights, weekends, and/or holidays, as well as overtime as needed by management May be required to attend outside events as needed Physical Demands/Working Conditions (Time spent standing, sitting, bending, lifting): Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear Frequently required to use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Visions requirements: close vision, distant vision, as well as ability to adjust and focus
