The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of bench work, from raw castings to finished pieces, and take pride in producing exceptional quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Clean and finish raw castings Perform all stages of polishing from casting to finished jewelry Assemble, repair, and refurbish fine jewelry Operate a laser welder for assembly and repairs Solder, size, and perform general bench work Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail Work efficiently while meeting production deadlines Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders Requirements Minimum 5 years of bench jewelry experience Strong polishing skills, including finishing castings to showroom quality Experience operating a laser welder Ability to work with gold, platinum, silver, and other precious metals Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing techniques Excellent attention to detail and quality control Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Preferred Qualifications Stone setting experience (prong, bezel, channel, pavé, etc.) is a strong plus Experience with custom jewelry manufacturing Experience working in a production or trade shop environment Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and skill level.
